2001 C320 Ignition Coil Issues-Need Help Bad

I bought the OBDII code reader and found the code PS303-misfire cylinder 3. I replaced the plugs and wires and still same problem. I bought a spark tester and that is the only ignition coil not putting out a spark at all. I replaced the ignition coil 30 minutes ago and start the car up, same issue. I test the coil for spark and nothing. I am stumped because if I have new plugs, wires, and ignition coil, what else could it be? Car runs a little rough at low speeds, and when a/c is on it sometimes cuts the car off and runs rougher. Please help
