First off, an E320 doesn't take Freon. No car made after 1994 does.
If you don't know where to put R134a, then you shouldn't be doing it. Leave this to a pro because you could cause $1000's worth of damage to the car or yourself. The car shouldn't be leaking, as this is a sealed system. If it is low then you have a leak then needs to be fixed (unless you are a shady dealer trying to unload the car at an auction).
