A CLS should have a complicated electronic ignition/anti-theft system that would make it virtually impossible for an "opportunistic" car thief to drive away. It should also have the alarm that would set off if it were hauled up by one end or the other on a tow truck (you have to disable that alarm before you have the car towed). That leaves an "inside job" either in your household or the dealership, a VERY sophisticated expert in electronics and car theft, or the flat-bed and four wheel dollies that has already been suggested. I'd vote for the last; it's the only one that makes sense.

Good luck getting your car back.

Definitly an inside job.
Either home or dealership.
