'09 E350 or '10 C350?

So I'm trading in my 04 C-Class, and I when I went to the dealership I had every intention of purchasing a 2010 C350. I loved my previous one - no complaints. But the 09 E's are marked down so far there's only about $8k difference between the C and the E I'm looking at. Other than the size/handling/sportiness of the C, I'm just wondering what I would be paying for to upgrade to the E. For only $8k I feel like I have to at least consider it. Any input would be appreciated!

Haven't they got an '09 C350 with all the trimmings? This would be the best bet. I was waiting for 2010 E so anxiously, for the hoopla made since the Geneva Show, without realizing that the more I learned about the line the more I liked my '09 C350 Elegance.

Reviews out show that MB cut corners in materials to hold up prices, with not so good results. I, personally, see the reviewers right, so my view is now firm. Now, going a notch up in price, the Porsche Panamera Turbo, 4 or 2 doors, looks great, the engine is beautiful, and has excellent appointments and features.

Cheers, JV

Doesn't make much sense to get an 09 E350. The new body style is already on the lots on the old ones are dropping off in value. It should be between an 10 C and E or a 10 C and a used 08 E.

I'd rather the 211 over the new 212. You can get a great deal right now on one like you said. If the new E class has a introduction like the 211 did when the 03's came out, stay as far away from it as you can. But I do love the c300/350. If you like your older c class, you would love the new one.
