Cup Holder for 2001 E320

How do you install the center console cup holder on a 2001 Mercedes E320?

If you cruise down to the W210 forum (the one that is specific to your car) and do a search, details have there been posted. Might even be in the help stickies in that forum.

Please click the user cp link and complete your BW profile for vehicle and location as that is often useful information.

Take care and enjoy the ride,
Greg

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your response. I was able to take out the cup holder no problem.

I was wondering if you knew how to remove the compartment underneath the radio? It has a wood finish door that opens when you push down on it. Behind the door is an empty space where you can put misc. items for storage. Can this empty storage area be removed? Can it be removed without removing the wood finish door?

There is an aftermarket part I would like to put in its place. The aftermarket part has 2 cup holders and a small draw underneath the cup holders. The only problem is that the aftermarket part is 5" deep and the empty storage space on my car is only 3.5" deep. So I figured maybe I could remove the existing storage compartment and place this aftermarket part in its place. The aftermarket part is Item number: 200353693752 on eBay if you'd like to check it out. Sorry for the long message.

Thanks again for your help!

John
