W123 from the South

Hi All,

I recently bought an '82 300 CDT. It's been a good car, but I've been having some issues with the vacuum system, among other issues. I figured I'd come here, since this seems to be the place to get help.

Thanks in advance for the help. Looking forward to being able to help out in the future as well.

Hop on over to the W123 section, the people there are REALLY into the cars, which to me are the old time classics, and ever since I was young THE model that came to mind specifically when someone said Mercedes Benz.

You can still find them all over the world, faithfully soldiering on in sometimes awful conditions in Asia, West Africa, the Middle East and in South America.

I used to see them all the time in Peru. Even rode in them as taxis there.

To me they are the Ultimate Mercedes Benz classic, perfect.
