what to do S for SL

I have 2 Benz, a 1980 300D Minilla Beige/blk int 136,000 very clean and a 1997 S 420 -dark blue/tan int 130,000 that is inpecable that I really like ---the year, the color the car ....... BUT Im considering trading the S for a 1990 300 SL w/ 97,000 that is out of this world !!!! A rare plum color w/light beige int and black top, chrome MB wheels and not a dent or scratch on it. I can basically trade even for this car WHAT WOULD YOU DO???

I keep on changing the car like a child keeps on changing the toys.
With even exchange I would not even have to pay high CA taxes.
Good luck on your decision.
