Hey, rbalc. You posted into the general forum, which as the name suggests will yield mostly general results. There are lots of DIY things in the 124 forum, so you might poke around in there. That said, to my knowledge there is nothing special about the rear brakes on the 95 wagon, with the exception of the typical benz weirdness, are the stock rotors solid or vented, from or before a certain serial number, sensor equipped, etc.
As to rotor replacement, MB rotors tend towards being pretty soft, typically lasting about two sets of pads. So if you don't know, then measure them and compare that to the minimum thickness spec that is cast into the perimeter of the rotor edge. Or just replace them as a precaution.
