ML 500 oil light

Hey guys I own a 2002 ML 500 and I just changed my oil and a yellow light on my dash came on. It looks like an oil can with wavy lines for oil underneath the can. there is no temp gauge on the warning light so I don't think it's a heating issues cause my temp is staying around 80-90. Also where my miles are listed a new number has started flashing ( -2.0L ). So anyone have any idea?
