Angry Looking to paint my airdam on w208

I have a Silver 1998 CLK 320 and it has the stock body in which the front air dam, side skirts, and the rear lip are black.
i went to a few body shops and they want over 600 to paint it same color as the rest of the car. and i was really hoping to do it within the 250 range.
i already bought side skirts that are painted silver.

I decided to paint the front and rear lip by myself but the problem is that its bare plastic and i don't know what kind of PRIMER i should use. im afraid it might chip off in a month or so.

they sell flexible additives for plastic parts, and other plastic prep. products that soften up the plastic before you spary it so that the paint will stick better,do a search on those, and then add your flex additives to your clear,$600 for those 4 pieces is too much,u can find somebody to do it for much less

Hey!...If You See Kaye, tell her i love her okay?!

The last time I sprayed plastic auto parts I was given a "flex agent" to add to the paint I was using, by my autobody supply store. I don't know if that still applies.
