First, remove the metal slide key from the normal black key and use it to open the door. Now open the hood with the hood release lever, located under the steering wheel. Once in the engine compartment, there's a "jumpstart" terminal, where you can hook up the positive lead of a set of jumper cables (attach the negative lead to anything that will act as a ground), which will then allow you to open the trunk. I'd not use the jumpers to start the car, but just to give you access to the trunk, so that you can use a charger on the battery.
The other method is to call the nearest MB dealer and they will hook you up with roadside assistance, who will come out and get your trunk open, for FREE.
