Too bad it's hard to find silver windscreen wipers.
Unless it's in perfect, as-new condition it's not collectable or a candidate for restoration. Just a nice drive if it's sound enough, but not too economical on fuel.
If retroactively applying today's nomenclature, it's an E-class. W114 or W115 depends on the engine--something not repeated since.
As for "model," that depends on the engine. It could say 250 on the boot or it could say something smaller. And if there's a "D" in it, it's a diesel and likely a 220.
The UK magazine [i]Mercedes Enthusiast[/u] featured a nice one just last month ... nice if you like vinyl tops on Mercedes.
