Radar Detector Mount for CL55?

I have seen some very classy mounts for other vehicles, but they won't fit MB. Does anyone know of a place to buy a sharp mount for a Valentine One?

Thanks,

Rob

Suction cup mount the unit directly under the rear view mirror. Run the power wire up around the dome light and directly power into the sunroof.

I appreciate the response, but I want a hard mount. I already ran the power through the car and it drops right from below the rear view mirror (very sleek). I am considering "Ram Mounts" but I will have to do some careful measuring. There is a guy on the web that makes beautiful ones for Z cars and Minis, but the mirror mount for Mercedes being more vertical makes his a nonstarter. I am looking for a professionally machined solution before I hire a machine shop to build a one-off mount for me.

Thanks,

Rob

I haven't yet. I found a fabricator and may end up with a custom solution. Sorry. If I do that, I will take a picture and post it in case someone wants to do likewise. For now, the wires are all hidden, but I remain suction cupped to the windshield.

There were some no mar cellular brackets out there
look at
PanaVise Products, Inc.
and then their dash mount category, they show a pdf of what it looks like, I have used them before for custom hang up cups for cellular.

You guys may make me move a little faster on this. I have been down with the flu for a week and it slipped off my radar (pun intended). Anyway, I don't have drawings done up, but it will be a similar fashion to the link below, but will have to account for the more vertical nature of the mirror stem on MBs.
