Those motors are nearly identical to the motors sold in hobby shops for R/C cars. There is one very big difference though. The output shaft on the central locking pump is as much as 50mm longer. When I needed to replace a burned and melted motor in an older SLK320 (Pump motor typical failure caused by housing filling with water and shorting motor) and found there was nobody with any parts in stock, I used a Tamiya R/C motor as an act of desperation since the cars buyer was picking the car up the next day. I ended up taking the new motor apart and replaced the short shaft with the longer one from the old burned set. Never expected it to work but four years later when the new owner was trading up he asked me why I was always asking how the remote locks were working.
Bottom line: Nobody supplies replacement motors. They all expect you to replace the complete assembly. If you try what I did there is no guarantee it will work or fit.

Law-makers are supposed to regulate in the interest of the public as opposed to regulating in the interest of the regulated party.
If it says Pratt and Whitney on the outside it better say Martin Baker on the inside.
