Mine was similar. However, it's COMPLETE FOOLISHNESS by Stuttgart to
utter words like: Lifetime Fluid.
They themselves have stopped issuing this proclamation.

My personal recommendation is to change it every 50,000 US Miles.
There is no detriment from changing it every 50K but a huge benefit.
A New Filter to filter out contaminants. New Fluid for the Tranny and Gears.
Peace of mind for you. Relatively inexpensive.

Immediately after doing a partial changeout, at 55K, I noticed a very positive
improvement. I would almost suggest the "old gal" was "thanking me" for
changing out the fluid.

If you can manage a full Tranny Fluid Exchange all the better.
But a Partial one is good.

Changed ATF (partial) and motor oil this morning at MB. The car was smooth before and now is super smooth; not sure if it's because of the ATF or the new motor oil.

I was charged:
1. Filter ($15.55),
2. Oil pan gasket ($13.38),
3. Seal ring ($0.86)
4. ATF (5 liters, $17.30 each, $86.50 total)
5. Pin ($0.86)
6. Oil Filter ($20.91)
7. Mobil 1 0W40 (8 liters, $10.07 each, $80.56 total)

All the prices here are with 15% discount. Added $156.83 labor and tax came up to $424.26. Yes, we Canadian pay more for everything.

I am glad to see it all worked out. I knew you would be satisfied.
It's amazing how a simple Oil Change has immense benefits.

....Lesson learned, no such thing as lifetime anything, no matter what
they say in Stuttgart,

Actually, the service adviser told me that the ATF change should be done once at 60K KM and never again. I think I will probably change it after another 100K KM.

As for oil change, I usually change the oil every 10K KM.
