Looks For A Truly Water Proof Car Cover

Can someone recommend the manufacturer of a truly water proof car cover? I bought a merely water repellent cover and i'm getting moisture and mold in my convertible even though the convertible top seems to be secure.
thanks!

I have my cars in a garage and don't know how those covers work but if it is completely waterproof, it should mean that water/moisture would not get out because some always gets in, from under the car. So shouldn't the cover be a bit breathing? Some Gore-tex would be ideal.

Have you checked California car cover?

Keep in mind that even a waterproof cover is not intended for long-term use in rainy and damp weather. Even though waterproof covers are breathable, too much moisture gets under the cover and causes the mold and mildew you speak of.

Ditto to the others and have a look at the Mercedes brand cover. I don't know who makes those, but if you can figure that out, you can undoubtedly get one for less money. I have one but have yet to use it, but it looks nice.

BTW, I found out the Custom Craft must make the sunscreen for the windshield; I bought a couple for other cars and they are identical to the one I bought for the Mercesdes, minus the Mercedes logo obviously.

Waterproof is not desirable. It's important that the cover breathe. The problem is that if any moisture does manage to make it under the cover, it will never escape.

Those are water-resistant, not waterproof.
