2010 GLK350 owner (Canada) after 2 weeks

First time MB owner. Have had my GLK350 (grey) for 2 weeks today. I must say the fan community is appealing.

Impressions so far: Slickest ride for the money. Great drive. Has a few bugs.

Dealer: Was a nightmare. I don't want to get anyone fired but the dealership was great until I had to deal with the sales rep. He was so disorganized, forgot stuff, lied, made excuses. Very disappointed. Much better experience buying from Honda (but hate going for service at Honda).

Good: Pulling up places. Key fob. Displays. Handling. Finishes. Faux leather is actually very attractive, easy to clean and more eco-friendly.

Bad: Washer fluid frozen. Breaks squeak...very embarrassing. Trunk hatch makes loud crunching noise over small bumps in the road. Fuel economy is bad. No manual or winter mats (salt stains all over carpets). Can't program bluetooth as no code yet.

Strongly recommend this car to anyone. If you are in Toronto area, don't go to the Mississauga dealer.

Hope to discuss with you all soon!

I was considering getting a GLK from the same dealership in Mississauga. I hope to hear more from you regarding your experiences with the dealership and the vehicle.
Take Care.

ya sales people just lie, but what are you going to do, as for the problems, the brakes and the crunch it made on the bumps. that is not normal, you need to take it in to the shop but that is all under warranty. and we just got in winter mats for the GLK that can hold 2 gallons of water, they are really good.
