HI from South Africa

Hi everyone. I own a 1999 W202 C200 and a Dodge Caliber SXT 1,8 which are both very lazy. Is there anything "affordable" that can be done to make them faster? I am also interested in body kits and wheels. Any guide as to where to look?

Keep Well.

Hi

I also have a problem with my 1999 W202 C230.The one dealer said I must replace the Air Mass Sensor(Which I did a month ago),the other said I should replace the Camshaft Hall Sensor)...and the list goes on.

The only problem I have is the idlling, please advise.

Hi Tshepo.
My car used to cut at every stop and needed to be revved to maintain the idle. I twice had to fit a new air mass sensor and the problem would then go away. This I was told by Mercedes benz that it is because of dust (I used to drive on a 1km dirt road to work). I have not had the problem since I moved away from the dirt road.

For good used and new mercedes parts in Pretoria (South Africa), check "4 Aces" in Vom Hagen street (Marabastad).

Cheers

Mphane
