Extended Warranty...Carchex? Zurich?

Compliments to Benzworld, what a great resource for Mercedes owners. Everyone is so informative.

I am a new member and have a question for any experienced Mercedes owners.

I just purchased a MY 05 ML350 with 33,000 miles and am quite pleased with it. What is the best extended warranty out there? Has anyone experienced Carchex and/or zurich?

Prices:

Carchex: $3250 6yr/100,000 No deductable "bumper to bumper"

Zurich: $2890 4yr/80,000 No deducatable "comprehensive"

The carchex quote was offered online and the zurich quote came from my local dealership. Both agencies pay "immediately" with a company credit card.

I guess my question is this. Have any members used either of these companies and could you describe your experience? Bartering over medical insurance is hard enough, I don't feel like going through the same hassles with expensive auomotive repairs.

Just looking for some feedback so I can feel comfortable about my extended warranty,

Mercedes extended can be purchased before the warranty runs out. Why is the dealer not selling it or is it not a MB dealer? Its no haggling, they dont cover the radio or mirror, as you know insurance companies come and go, I got zapped once (on an extended) when the new car warranty was gone so were they. The salesman convinced me it was better than the caddy (GM) I guess it was better for him!

Unfortunately I purchased the vehicle 2 months after the initial 4 year warranty ran out. Therefore I was unable to purchase the Mercedes extended warranty.
