Floor Mats?

Hi guys ...where does everyone buy their floor mats. I remember reading somewhere that one supplier offer a 15% discount to benzworld members. Does anyone know who thatb supplier would be? I'm the anal type ...I want to put a second set of floor mats over the first set. I know, I know, overkill .... Thanks and happy 2009

I've been happy with Lloyd mats, do a web search for places that have them at a good price. Lloyd and others do warn NEVER to put a set of mats on top of another set, biggest issue is that they can slip around a lot and especially on the drivers side obstruct he gas/brakes.

I bought my 2nd set at a dealer. They didn't cost that much, about $100 for the set of 4.

I agree, try your local dealer.

Depending on what model you have, you may be able to get genuine MB rubber floor mats to place over your carpet mats. They are thin and can easily fit on top on the stock set. They will fully protect the stock set and are really easy to clean.

The MB mats are great.

In the back I did double up (carpet mat then Rubber).

In front I did not. If I recall I didn't for the reason mentioned before. It gets a little busy down there.

The MB mats do come with clips that thread into the carpet. They don't move around!

Over the center hunp in the back I bought the cheapest Walmart mats & cut to size a peice to cover. It looks like a taxi but I have 2 kids.

That done & German "petrochemical" leather this car is very simple to keep clean.
