Post 1987 2.3 16v in Washington State

My name is John and I just purchased my 1987 2.3 16v off ebay a few weeks ago. It was trucked to my house in Washington and dropped off in the 1st snow it has ever seen on Xmas day. I have a few plans for my car including the Euro headlights / s600 grille / new tires / and eventually wheels. My neighbor works for H&R springs USA which is located 8 miles from my house. Together we are going to go through the suspension and replace the Self leveling suspension. The previous owner of my 16v purchased a Ferrari and needed money and space to work on his ferrari (must be rough ). My 16v runs like a top and only has 111k ticks.

I am new to the automotive world in that I have never purchased a car that I intend on driving as a "fun" car. I have been reading the forums here and at 190revolution and I am excited to share my trials and tribulations with what appears to be a great grp of ppl who share my affinity for an iconic car.

I already feel confident based on the DIY Kynyption posted that my DEPO's will go in easy .

I will post some pics of the car as I got it and will post more pics of the work I am doing.

Thanks for reading.

I too bought a Cosworth earlier last month and let me tell you....I LOVE IT. I bought the car for $1900, but there are a bunch of things that need to be done. The last owner took apart the interior, so that leaves me to put the puzzle pieces back together. Aside from a new paint job and fixing the power seats, the car should be back to normal in no time! Welcome to the family!
