I would think there is more to be known about their wrong-doings. I've seen the Mercedes CPO checklist and process close-up and the problem dealer did not accidentally mislead. Not my idea of something called integrity, more like something called cheating, IMHO.

btw, maybe that's why Lexus has corporate people do the final certification of CPO cars here, not the dealer. Maybe they had similar situations blow up on them.

Why would you need inspection and guarantee on car that never breaks down?

I think that I should inquire about trading the car for another of equal value. That should be something that they should be willing to entertain.

Fair question, it's because they want to charge a premium and they need some way to legitimately justify the premium.
