Post 91 300E has a dark panel...no blown fuse

I have recently lost all of the instrument lighting on my 91 300E and have found no blown fuses. I would like to know what the next suspect is before tearing things apart.

Replace the relevant fuse(s) anyway, then report back.

You do not mention anything about having checked blown bulbs?

Try to see if the tips of ANY light oriented fuses are damaged. Even though they look fine, there could be a hidden problem. Old Mercedes are odd in the sense that when one fuse is interrupted it could kill more things than predicted. May have to get a mechanic to check wiring.

Good luck!
