Post my Ml-320 rumbles under braking

I need help please.
I plan on taking a trip this weekend. my problem is when I apply my brakes several times and they heat up the car starts to rumble or pulsate only under braking, but I don't feel it in the steering wheel but in the chasie. I was first told it was the front rotors but no change. Today I had rear rotors replaced and no change. If I drive a few miles without using the brakes then apply them it is gone. All I have to do is brake from 60 down to 30 three times in a row again, the breaks heat up and it rumbles again, of course only under braking.
Any ideas?

How many miles on your vehicle? When did you replace the pads? Did you use original equipment pads and rotors? Mercedes engineers the brakes and rotors with specific material properties to produce specific braking performance. If you use non-stock pads and/or rotors, you could get undesireable side effects when braking, in your case when the brakes heat up. Maybe when your pads and rotors heat up, they produce uneven braking which could cause a rumble. When was the last time your changed your brake fluid? It's supposed to be changed every two years. If it hasn't been changed for a few years, it can absorb moisture which causes hydraulic issues when the fluid heats up. There are many variables here so you need to tells us exactly what has been done with your brake system in terms of maintenance and any repairs.
