Exclamation Hi new user. My electrics wont work...

Hi, I wonder if someone really clever might be able to help me out!
A few weeks back a bus crashed into the back of my merc, the main damage was to the rear left hand side. I took it to the local garage, they sorted the dinks out and had it re painted etc but the electric windows dont work...
The car has had new brake lights and the boot barrell has been replaced as it has rotted due to me not opening the boot with the key but pressing my remote button to open it,i wonder if this has anything to do with it??? Also i wonder if there is a relay?? switch anywhere or anything obvious thats making my windows not open, im not very hands on with cars so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Your insurance covers getting this fixed, too.

Perhaps. Our friend is a Brit, though.

Judging from single post while using word "boot" ?
Most of Europe teach British version of English, not to mention India.
Don't you just hate it when somebody comes, stirs the discussion with single topic and never comes back?

No, not just the word boot, although it helps. And who cares about India?

Well India as of today is the biggest potential buyer of the cars in the World.
Lot of German engineers are there as we speak overlooking building automotive plants.
Supossable Tata Auto will be available in the 2000 Euro range.
Notice the listed currency.
