Which model has cheaper insurance?

A CLK 320, or a ML 320. Both are 2004's.

Theoretically 4 WD generates higher premium, but insurance have statistics that are hard to take with logic.
My 2005 model with much more HP has lower liability premium than 1998 model of the same E class.

Call your insurance company and ask for a quote.

Nah, that's too obvious. Far better to ask at an internet forum that's not especially likely to have any insurance actuaries amongst its membership.

Don't make fun from legitimate question. He might call HIS insurance co for a quote, but I bet you can find another company that will give you reverse quote. Not too many can believe I pay $250 annual insurance on Mercedes or $128 annually for bus conversion.
It is jungle out there.

I wouldn't dream of it! I might, however, make fun of a legitimate question.

Just a wild guess, but I think most insurance companies would consider a CLK to be a "sportier" car and would therefore charge more to insure it. I agree with Michael Pillay and flyboyike that you should call some insurance companies rather than asking here.

Check it out for yourself.

These are built from "Actuarial" tables, which means what the insurance company is seeing and estimating as claims in "real-life."

So, that could also explain that the reason most people driving a Station Wagon get a bigger discount, as the style of driver isn't one known for aggressive behavior.

Vehicle Ratings

I've always checked this website when thinking of purchasing a vehicle, as I don't want to get screwed from my bad decisions.

Kajtek1,

I thought about making a similar comment but did not. Your English is not what I'd call perfect, but it's pretty darn good for someone who is from Poland. Congratulations from me for speaking as well as you do. I studied French for 2 years in high school amd 3 semesters in college and cannot converse anywhere nearly as well as you do in our language my friend.
