newbie alert!!

Hey all...

My dad has an 84 300d Turbo and has been making bio-diesel for the past 3 years in a homemade reactor.

I just picked an 87 300D Turbo with 280k; good clean car. before I can start driving it however I need to replace the timing cover as it is cracked just behind the bolt that holds the idler pulley...Anyone have any insight as to what I am getting into or the best place to get parts?

Love the forum and thanks in advance!!
