Front Axle Shaft/CV for E320

I have searched and searched for a front left axle shaft or replacement CVs for a 2000 E320 4-matic. Nobody has the part in stock! The only place I haven't checked is the actual MB dealership - but I really am not interested in spending $1500 on one axle for a 9 year old car.

Interestingly, I have found a few sources for the right side axle. I may just order a right side axle, determine if the CVs are the same, then pop them off the axle and replace on the left side axle.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Which parts are you actually after? Is the £45 repair kit not enough (I don't know what is covered with that)?

We keep them in stock, and actually sell quite a lot of them: Mercedes 210 Driveshaft Parts
