Question Vacuum Troubles

I have a 1990 560 SEL that is having some transmission troubles. I change the filter and fluid and while I was under the car, I noticed what I think is a vacuum line that had been melted by the exhaust. Trouble is, I don't know where the line connects on the other end. Anyone know where to reattach this line??? Thanks!
