Out of what you named, a 2002-2003 W210 body style E320 wagon would be perfect for you. I don't know when the W210 stopped in the German market tho, so 02 or 01 may have been your last year. The first gen ML is junk at best (a true Chrysler, made at a Chrysler plant), and that will NOT last 10 more years/200k miles without serious amounts of work and cash. A a C320 is also a poorly made vehicle. It is cheap, cheaper and cheapest. Everything falls apart and the electronics are junk. Not something you want to drive for 200k miles (if it would even last that long). I could hardly stand mine and I only had it for 20k miles.

So buying a 95 E320 wagon for maybe US$8K or buying a 2002 for US$14K I could spend a lot of money for repairs, which I doubt. Miles for a 95 might be around 120K vs 70-80K mi on a W210. How reliable are the 95 models vs a 2002/2003 W210?
94/95 W124 E320 wagon was and is a solid reliable vehicle. It was and remains a much better built and much more timeless vehicle then the W210. It was designed on an unlimited budget and the W210 was designed on a cheap cost cutting budget. If you want a real Mercedes, get the W124.
