Warning Lights & 'Limp Home' only in the morning!

Hi guy's.

I have a 1999 CLK 230K, the warning lights have been showing up (BAS/ASR, ABS, Brake pad and engine) only when I start the car up first thing in the morning and it goes into 'limp home' mode. After a few minutes of deving and the engine temp goes up to 80 degrees it shifts out of 'limp home' mode, all warning lights disapear except the BAS/ASR light.

I had it tested with the specialist equipment which showed a speed sensor and Brake Light Switch were faulty. Had both replaced along with a new battery.

On first start up however, they are still showing. Today I had the Brake Light Switch adjusted so that the brake lights are off and only on when the pedal is pressed. However, the BAS/ASR light still comes on from after pulling away.

The garage now say it could be the ESP control module or dampness in the module and could be repaired or a fault in the wiring. They are getting in another brake light switch today to make sure the new one isn't faulty, then take it from there.

There are currently six error codes from the diagnostic check:
P0170 - right cylinder mixture adaptation reaches limit value
P0720 - Read ETC Fault memory
P1605 - CAN acceleration info for poor road recognition from ABS speed sensor
P0500 - vehicle speed signal
P0600 - CAN of ESP
P1584 - Stop lamp switch

Really hope someone can help!
