I let my friend drive my car and he turned the lights all the way to the left and caused the battery to drain over night. so i had someone jumpstart it but i think they fried it system what do i need to do/replace to get the car to run again.
The car worked after the jumpstart and the next day but it was giving me ABS and electronic braking something lights but driving but today it did not start and the window seems to be a little off in the electronics.

if you think you know what the problem is please e-mail me at or just reply.

thank you
its a CLK 320 2002

Well the headlights and all lights and ac in the car work but the audio system will not so i was thinking it might of fried the computer, i bought a new battery but i have been unsuccessful in hooking it up because i can not remove the thing on top of the battery and the battery seems to be attached to the car with metal object that i was not able to remove.

Knowing model / year would be GREAT help.
Overnight battery drain can kill permanently even new battery, so You might have to replace it. ABS comes routinely with low voltage, while windows need to be resynchronize after voltage drop.
This way, or another you probably need to start with battery replacement and go from there.
Good luck and welcome to the forum.
