What type of adhesive should be used when replacing wood dash trim?

I'm replacing some of the wooden accents in my dash but I'm not sure what type of adhesive is best... any advice?

I think I would try 5min. Epoxy, Just be careful not to use to much, a small paint brush, paint a THIN coat on each piece and the area that is under the wood. If you see it ozzing out from under the wood clean up the excess with rubbing alcohol. This stuff is VERY STRONG and as the name implys its all set up in 5 min.
