Where is this located? AC/heat Switchover Valve Unit
on a 1988 300ce.
It shows up as Y7 in my diagrams but the mechanic and I can't find it. Under hood, firewall, inside, ????????????????????????????????? Y7 so named as there are seven valves attached.

Inside, in the centre cluster area, attached to the heater core. You can reach it if you remove the glove box first.
