E500 vs. E55 Fuel consumption. Big Difference???

Hi. I just got into real estate not too long ago. I do a lot of driving. Looking to buy a E500 or E55 used. Want a V8 and I Love the E-Class. Does anyone know if there is a significant difference in the fuel mileage? I live in Canada. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Did you find the factory figures?

The EU average figures for a 2005 build year car are some 11.3 l/100 km for the E500 and 12.9 for the E55. Those equal to about 20.7 and 18.2 mpg.
