HELP Is it possible to get code for the ignition key chip
I have 2004 2500 Sprinter , I would like to get the ignition key chip code , does anyone know how to do that by the vin number . I bought this car in salvage auto auction and there was no key to it , i made one in dealership , but the key is not communicating with computer or anythingin the car . I ship the car to europe with me , so i need help.

What kind of a key does it have? If it is like the one on current passenger cars, the dealer key is the only way. Older keys may have more options but since you already have a key, shouldn't you start worrying about the car electronics.
Have you had it connected to SDS, is there any life on the drive authorisation parts?
