is not issueing 20 inch rims as options for some of their model line up in the U.S. due to our horrible road conditions.19's are marginal and 20's just plain suck and look pimpish besides. We have been over it time and time again, yes it is 2008 if you spend the thousands of dollars necessary to make 20's work on a 8-10 year old model then you can pull it off.It will still look like a teen ricer, that is your choice.Ride quality will be next to non existent that is your choice also.
Stagger and tire diameter on a 4 matic of his model and year even if matched does not take into account the difference in push of the rear tires and while it may work in everyday driving dry conditions, when the balancing act of brakes and traction come into play on the 4 matic in rain or snow or conditions that trigger the 4 matic it could lead to a real joy ride behind the steering wheel, that is his choice also.
Call you dealer, ask Luke at tirerack, inquire at mbusa. You guys that say it can be done must know something they all don't.
20's are a joke on a w210 and anybody that says otherwise does not know of what they speak.Unless they have link kits installed, nyliner bushings, camber eccentrics custom 4 link set up or custom coil overs.
do a survey and you will find more forum members that wish they had stuck to 18's.
You can look like 2008 it will ride like crap and my old wagon will waste it on the track, but hey that's your loss
