"Cylinder 4 misfire" and car shaking, please help!!

I have a CLK320.

Ok, so yesterday the "check engine" light came on and my car started shaking. I heard it could be the gas cap but I don't think that's it! I went to Autozone to use their scanner to read the code. It was code 0304 "Cylinder 4 misfire".

I was planning to take the car to the shop on Monday but the car started SHAKING weirdly today when I was driving. Do you think my car will even make it to the shop? It's 4.32 miles from my house but I have to drive on big/busy roads etc with a shaking car.

And since I'm lucky enough to have my warranty just expire a month ago, will the dealer give me a loaner for free (like they did when I had A service) or do I have to pay that out of pocket?

And how much do you guys think it will cost to have that misfire problem fixed? Should I take it to the dealer or a shop here that specializes in benz?

The dealer said it would cost $140 to do the diagnostics but that they would apply that the the repair costs. The thing is that I need a loaner car but I don't know if the dealer will cover that or not.

it could be anything. a faulty coil, injector, wire, plug. you have to diagnosis it to see what the issue is.
