Factory Radio Repair!!

My radio in my '93 has bad static, so I contacted Bekker, who informed me that the radio is an Alpine. No Alpine repair available that I could find. However, I found this guy in San Diego who specializes in MB radio repair, especially older models. I'm sending mine in for refurbishing and a one year guarantee. Here's the site:

There are some that would consider the demise of a 15 year old cassette deck . . . a good thing.

Rather than repair, have you considered upgrading to a more modern MB deck, like the Alpines that go into the W202, that have cassette and CD changer capability, or to the Audio 10 that has a single slot CD and changer capability?

Likewise, there are many used early 90's decks available online.

Go to Ebay and pick up one for a song

I would have to say go to Ebay via this sites link and buy you a Becker. You can buy them for nothing. Just replace the whole Radio. Best way to fix.

Expensive way to fix is take to repair facility and pay a fortune.

Hope I saved you some money
