I just thought of something. I had about that many miles on another car, saw a check engine light, and it was an oxygen sensor. However, most Mercedes O2 sensors last longer than that, some up to 100,000 miles or longer. 100K is just when it's recommended that you change them out. That is one of the many things that can trip a CEL.
