I have a 92 Mercedes Benz 300E 4 Matic, I cannot trun the iginition on 'P' gear, but when I move to 'N', the car can be turn on normally, what is the problem and how to fix it?
the neutral safety, or "inhibitor" switch on the side of the automatic transmission. It is something of a pain on this chassis as the clearance between the side of the tranny and the tunnel is pretty tight.
