well i can tell you this, my driveway at home it slightly less elevated but raises where the door meets the concrete. in my case i have to do one of the two or sometimes both:

1) go up my driveway at an angle in sport mode
2) go up straight with vehicle raised and going extremely slowly

the first and last time i parked with the front up high and the back lower. couldn't move the car until it raised. thats how i found when the tires started to slip and the floor began to scratch really bad.

They should have started the slope at the curb if it was going to be that steep, and put the sidewalk as a landing sort of, I mean...thats excessive. I do like concrete driveways though. We have so few in New England because of the ice.

That's an insane grade and it's hard to believe that a city would allow such a grade.
Think of the insurance claims when someone slips and falls off the property. Roll...and roll....and roll...and stop!! Call the ambulance please.
