Hi everyone,

I've got a 2002 s320 and i've just gone to open the car to find that the battery is flat. I've only got the fob and no emergency key. Is there any way of getting to the battery to jump the car?

In the USA you can call MB Roadside Assistance (800-FOR-MERC) and they will help you. I do not know if they operate like this in other parts of the world.

Use your other key. Do you really mean that you only have one key and no metal key on that one? If it helps, I can tell that there seem to be many who feel they would never lose their only key or it would never get broken.

It is pretty difficult to get the battery charged if the doors, boot and bonnet cannot be opened. I guess one option would be to lift the car, remove panels under the engine and try to reach the starter wires.
