Would you care to share the year and model of your car so that a moderator can relocate it to the appropriate forum?

You're welcome.

1. Put the hood up to full vertical
2. Open the small square cover on the wiper arm with a small screwdriver blade.
3. Unscrew the nut beneath the cover and pull off the wiper arm
4. Remove the plastic leaf screen (screws and clips)
5. You will see the bolts holding the wiper mechanism and the wiring harness.

My dad was an electrician. He was glad I decided to go to college instead of becoming an apprentice . . . he knew I'd fry myself.
