I'm usually a very prepared person. so bear with me, I'm playing devils advocate here.
"If the maintenance, and I assume you were using the dealer for this, was up to snuff, these issues would have likely been caught. You might want to re-address this part of the issue when it is time to settle up for the repairs."
What would one say to counter a response to the above reason, such as this: "We cannot verify every component when a vehicle comes in"?
I don't know how noticeable the above issue would be as other parts are worked on, on the vehicle. It WAS in the shop very recently before this problem, more than once.
