Also...what if I do them at separate times? The first time i'll get traffic school....(if I plead guilty). The 2nd time I can plead not guilty and try to beat it...(both in O.C.); and the 3rd one I have to go to a Riverside court house anyways if I do go to court and that one I can plead not guilty....but I ideally will do a written declaration for all 3 but at separate times so then the judge won't have to see all 3 together. If I haven't been found guilty of anything he won't see all 3 on my record at the time! Correct. IF I do traffic school for the first one then he won't even see that on the record...
DOOD!

Your attitude explains how you continue to get tickets. Go read my two previous posts in this thread. Or don't. But let me know you're ignoring my advice.

Judges have access to YOUR ENTIRE RECORD. Whether you plead one out or go to traffic school, or even if you've not gone to trial on one. That does not expunge it from the record, he'll still see it.

But hey, reject my advice. Let me spell it out for you. Do your traffic school. Do your written declaration (I really hope you write better than you read and better than you post). Do your own thing. Be a moron: go to court and think you're smarter than the judge and prosecutor. But when it all goes down the toilet and your license is suspended and no insurance company will touch you for under a grand a month (to drive an '88 Civic), do us all a favor: don't come back here whining about how you got bad advice, you didn't do anything wrong, and the system just shafted you.

Sheesh.

I gotta agree with netboy on this one aswell. Get a radar detector since you oblviously like to speed. When i'm feeling the need, it lets me know when to observe the speed law. Not saying it's full proof, but it's saved me more than a few times. Good luck wit that though.

I am afraid they might be. Screwing others up in US become driving standard if not extended to other parts of our lives.
Couple weeks ago I was going skiing on Sunday at 5 AM. 4-line freeway had 5-th 1-mile long merging lane with only 6 cars spread for miles.
I was driving #4 at about 75 mph, when entering big delivery truck "had to" cut me off at about 35 mph. So what that he had 3/4 mile of empty lane ahead of him? I bet $100 screwing other drivers is his every day way of living.
Coming to the speeding, I am driving on California freeways much slower than on former Eastern Block highways. That is still way above the limits, but Valentine One radar detector was one of the best investments I made in last years.

Honestly, I'm more worried about the other folks he may remove from the driving pool in the process...

Go to each court and plead not guilty, take your chances that the officer won't show up. At the worst case and they show up if your story is better you can win. You might get lucky, if you have to go to traffic school you can do a 8hr school and a 12hr for the second one. But you are definitely doing something wrong. Pay attention maybe stay off the phone.
