no, she doesnt have a husband but she is dating a guy who is training to be a police officer, they make $14/hour while in training. So i dont think he bought her the car in question.

I give up on her, I drive an 05 Stratus as my daily but my project car is a 1989 300zx 2+2 and i just replaced the alternator, got her a new battery and installed a deck a few weeks ago so i have been driving it to work recently. She saw it yesterday and just 5 minutes ago asked me, "you know your little car?" and i told her that indeed, i do know my little car and then she told me that that car was her boyfriends first car and so i asked her what year it was and she said he bought it new in 1998. Hmm...I wasnt aware they made 300zx's in 1998!

I give up. This is rediculous.

I do not get people that are always trying to impress others especially with things that do not matter at all. Just ignore her. I mean obviously she is not rite..

well tell her that a E65 would be the AMG of the V12 engine if they even made one which I dont think they did and the E55 would be AMG of the old 5 liter V8 engine. So not the same thing if that is her excuse.

i could have sworn ive seen an 06 or earlier e63, its always parked next to the bank i go to. i too, alway thought it was a e55, then i saw the 6.3 on the side of the front fender. its been there for atleast a couple years. im trying to imagine this in my head and i dont see either engine standing a chance against a M5

she most likely is suffering from some side effects of whatever shes taking, or she has a lease on a e500 sport package or whatever they call it

An M5 should take an E AMG from a roll. From a dead stop it's a close race but the E55 might should be able to pull ahead because of the torque from a dead stop.

There is no such thing as an E65 AMG. There is only the 2003-2006 E55 and 2007+ E63 for the W211 model. If you want to settle it quickly tell her to pop open the hood and look at the engine.

E63 engine bay:

E55 engine bay:

Both AMG engines will have a metal plaque with the engine builder's name laser etched onto it.
