I never go to the red zone but i do like to approach the red zone, but only when the car has warmed up (80 degrees celsius and up.)

That's called an (ITALIAN TUNE-UP)....but seriously it's good to blow out the dirt and
sediments in the engine and exhaust by redlining it ocassionaly

i usually rev it up to 3k depending on the road conditions, but when i hit the highway coming on from the ramp i let it roar!!
