strange, the top 2 complaints about Mercedes in the past 10yrs has been:
1. Build quality has gone to the dogs.
2. Customer care is very bad.

Its a matter of perspective. At Mercedes, bad customer care translates into they did everything they said they would do but the bill seemed high. You got a loaner, they gave you a bottle of water when you got there and the car was detailed when you got it back. At Jaguar, bad customere care is charging you for things they never did; the car had a new problem when you got it back, there was a scratch on the fender that they denied reponsibility for, etc. You didn't get a loaner, they pointed you to the coke machine, and they kept getting your name wrong.

I cant complain at all about MBs service, always great, always a loaner ready, always greeted, nice facility, I would never buy a Jag, I even had a nightmare I sold my CLK and got some crap I didnt want ha ha ha ha

Mod list:Carlssons front bumper, custom angel eye fogs, headlight rings, #1 pads, Eibach springs, Inmotion ECU tuning, chrome wheels, Illuminated door sills, in dash DVD and backup camera, complete audio system, AMG pedals, LED lights, Blk maple and chrome shift knob, blk maple center cover and door pulls, Zaino, H&R 10mm spacers, K&N filters, Magnaflow exhaust
