The power steering oil reservoir should be at the front left (to your right if you look at the car from the front) of the engine bay. You should find it at the power steering pump driven by the poly belt. A small box with a cap with a dipstick.

This car would have a drain plug at the bottom of the tranny but are you sure you should do the service yourself, the position of the plug isn't the most difficult and important point for the task?

I'm still a bit puzzled if you should try to perform a DIY service with the tranny. The tranny anyway is the box between the engine and the cardan shaft. I guess you have noticed that your car is rear wheel driven.

Have you removed the plastic covers from the bottom, from behind the engine (not sure how the parts are sectioned in your car)?

I don't have any public references at hand, you could see the W211 documentation although it is for a different tranny:

En example how the tranny should look like.
